Hello, my name is Ian Johnson, and I’m proud to be a lifelong resident of Park Rapids. Having grown up on the beautiful lakes in the area, I gained a deep understanding of what makes this region so special. After moving away for school, I was fortunate enough to return, establish myself, and raise my family here. My local roots give me a unique perspective on the community, its many lakes, and the lifestyle that makes this area truly one of a kind.
My wife, Lindsay, and I welcomed our first son, Mac, on Valentine’s Day of 2024, and we’re enjoying every moment of parenthood. Our home is also shared with our English Cream Golden Retriever, Penny, and two cats, Cheeto and Pearl. We love spending time outdoors, catching live music, and enjoying days on the water. Some of our favorite local spots include Potato Lake, the Iron Horse Bar & Grill, and Itasca State Park.
Before transitioning into real estate, I spent six years teaching special education and social studies. Making the move into real estate has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to help people find their first home, their dream home, or even make the most of their current home or cabin. I understand that the real estate process can be overwhelming, and I take pride in ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for my clients at every step of the way.
