Hello, my name is Rhonda Gartner, and I am proud to be part of the Gartner Team as a realtor. In addition to my role as an agent, I also assist with administrative tasks whenever needed, ensuring smooth operations.
I was born and raised in the Park Rapids area, and while I became a realtor in my later adult years, I began my career as a travel agent. Both professions share a strong focus on client satisfaction, understanding each client’s unique needs, preferences, and budget to provide tailored solutions. Whether it's helping clients find the perfect home or a dream vacation, both roles require strong negotiation skills and the ability to solve problems—whether handling real estate financing and inspections or managing flight cancellations and itinerary changes. Above all, both careers are about building long-term relationships, guiding clients through complex processes, and providing personalized service to ensure a positive, enjoyable experience.
On a personal note, my husband Tim and I live on Stocking Lake in Menahga. We have 6 grown children, and I'm fortunate to have all my grandchildren close by in Park Rapids. Now that they’re getting older, I enjoy watching them in various activities throughout the year, and I cherish every moment. My personal life revolves around them, and we love spending time outdoors, adventuring around Menahga—whether it's a golf cart ride to the beach, park, or ice cream shop.
As your realtor, I bring both experience and local expertise to the table. I maintain offices in both Park Rapids and Menahga, and I take great pleasure in helping both sellers and buyers. One of my favorite parts of working with buyers is welcoming them to the Park Rapids area, sharing insider tips on local activities, and helping them feel at home in our beautiful community.
