My wife and I relocated to the Park Rapids area in 2008 from Southern Minnesota (New Ulm). We have a daughter who is currently in the Park Rapids School District. I previously owned a small business in the area as a subcontractor for 16 years. Throughout that time, I have also bought and sold a few homes and know how exciting as well as stressful it can be.
